Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting our fire and security project businesses. Working with project managers, field technicians and other team members, this role will help ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Coordinator will track and document various elements of our projects while focusing on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Coordinate daily schedule changes to address customer and company needs.
- Track and report on change orders and project close outs.
- Assist with project billing and status reviews.
- Assist project manager with material requisition, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate and maintain project material delivery schedule.
- Maintain a log of back ordered material with expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate between solutions and service departments to ensure a smooth handover of projects.
- Maintain a master list of company-supplied tools for each solutions technician.
- Coordinate with purchasing for any replacement or additional tools required.
- Assist operations manager with accounts receivable issues.
- Any other duties assigned by the operations manager.
- Track and submit for Project Permits.
- Participate in monthly WIP meetings and take notes and distribute action items
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in customer service.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Hourly Rate: $30.00+ based on experience
